Deleting your account may permanently affect your access to Lithotripsy Academy.

If your account is deleted, you may lose access to:

• Subscription access

Please consider downloading any permitted certificate or account information before submitting a deletion request.

3. What Data May Be Linked to Your Account

Depending on how you used Lithotripsy Academy, your account may include:

• Username

• Course enrollments
• Course progress
• Quiz attempts
• Certificate records
• Certificate IDs
• Downloads requested

Some records may be stored by third-party service providers used to operate the website, payment system, email system, learning platform, or security tools.

4. Types of Requests You Can Submit

4.1 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Lithotripsy Academy user account.

Please note that this may remove your ability to access purchased courses, certificates, and learning records.

4.2 Personal Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal data associated with your account, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

4.3 Data Correction

You may request correction of inaccurate personal information, such as your name, email address, country, or profile details.

4.4 Data Access Request

You may request a copy or summary of personal data associated with your account, where applicable.

4.5 Marketing Unsubscribe

You may request removal from marketing emails or newsletters.

This does not stop essential transactional emails such as payment confirmation, password reset, course access, certificate, or legal notice emails.

4.6 Certificate Data Review

You may request review of certificate-related data, including certificate name, certificate ID, course completion record, or certificate verification status.

5. Data That May Need to Be Retained

Even if you request deletion, Lithotripsy Academy may need to retain certain information where legally or operationally necessary.

This may include data required for:

• Tax records
• Accounting records
• Payment records
• Refund history
• Fraud prevention
• Dispute resolution
• Legal compliance
• Security logs
• Certificate verification
• Course completion evidence
• Enforcement of Terms & Conditions
• Prevention of certificate misuse

6. Certificate Records and Deletion

If you request account deletion, certificate records may be affected.

Depending on the request and applicable requirements, we may:

• Delete the certificate record
• Mark the certificate as no longer verifiable
• Retain limited certificate verification data
• Remove public verification access
• Retain internal completion records for fraud prevention or compliance
• If you want your certificate to remain verifiable, please state this clearly in your request.

If certificate verification data is deleted, third parties may no longer be able to confirm your certificate through Lithotripsy Academy.

7. Purchased Courses and Account Deletion

If your account is deleted, access to purchased digital courses may be permanently lost.

Account deletion does not automatically create a refund right.

Refunds are handled separately under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Marketing Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

You can also use this page to request removal from marketing communication.

Please note:

• Marketing unsubscribe does not delete your account.
• Marketing unsubscribe does not delete purchase records.
• Marketing unsubscribe does not stop essential service emails.

You may still receive emails related to your account, payments, courses, certificates, security, or legal notices.

9. Identity Verification

To protect your account and personal data, Lithotripsy Academy may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

We may ask for:

• Registered email confirmation
• Order number
• Course name
• Certificate ID
• Limited account details
• Additional verification, where necessary
• We will not ask for your password, full card number, CVV code, or banking credentials.

• Course enrollments
• Course progress
• Certificates issued

• Refund history
• Marketing consent
• Support history
• Applicable legal retention requirements
