4. If a Refund Is Approved

If a refund is approved:

  • Access to the refunded course, bundle, certificate program, or digital product may be removed.
  • Any certificate issued for the refunded course may be cancelled or invalidated.

We will first try to help resolve the technical issue before considering refund eligibility.

If you accidentally purchased the same course or product more than once, please include both order numbers if available.

Duplicate purchase requests are usually reviewed faster when the same name, email address, and payment details match both orders.
